چکیده

Background: The restricted donor area in paediatric patients demands the use of Human Amniotic membrane (hAM) management difficult-to-manage wounds. It can be used directly over wounds or to grow stem cells by different culture methods. hAM “fresh” i.e., +4O glycerol preserved “cryopreserved”. Methods: In this literature review, we searched ‘PubMed’, ’Web Science’ and ’SCOPUS’ for experimental models, RCT, Observational studies, case series, reports involving usage treatment neonatal (<14 yrs.) patients, published from 1993 April 2022. search included keywords, “amnion”, “biomaterials”, “biological dressing”, “clinical study”, “congenital defects”, “human amniotic membrane”, “paediatric wound”, “neonatal wounds”, “regenerative medicine”. Search was extended snowballing reference list all studies. Results: final analysis one three review articles, twelve reports. studies were rat, pup, porcine models. second-and third-degree thermal burn followed ocular diseases viz corneal epithelial ulcers, conjunctiva reconstruction following Steven Johnson Syndrome, scarring after surgery strabismus most common indications AM. Five cases meningomyelocele repair (intradural & extradural placement AM) 2 gastroschisis (as an antiadhesive layer) reported. Freeze-dried is frequently clinical practice. Autologous antenatally detected birth defects. adults, fresh found equally effective as freeze-dried AM, but with risk transmission contagious diseases. on Fresh amnion deficient patients. Conclusion: a skin substitute wounds/defects has shown enhanced rate healing. However, further regarding utility wounds, congenital anatomical defects, along outcome economic constraints developing countries are needed.

Immunotherapy has been used for years in many types of cancer therapy. Recently, cancer immunotherapy has focused on mechanisms which can enhance the development of cell-mediated immunity. Anticancer medications are administered to inhibit immunosuppressive factors such as nagalase enzyme, which is produced by neoplastic cells and destroys macrophage activating factor (Gc-MAF). Anti-neoplastics...
